Banking Circle S.A. (Banking Circle) is providing reserve and transaction banking services for AllUnity, a regulated European stablecoin issuer and licensed e-money institution, as it launches USDAU: a fully reserved, MiCAR-compliant US dollar stablecoin.
Banking Circle’s role covers the fiat reserves that back USDAU. By providing the reserve and transaction banking behind those reserves, Banking Circle gives AllUnity the regulated banking infrastructure needed to support the stablecoin for businesses operating across currencies and markets.
Issued by AllUnity as an E-Money Token, USDAU is pegged 1:1 to the US dollar and backed by segregated reserves. It is designed to give businesses programmable dollar liquidity they can hold, transfer and settle around the clock.
USDAU launches on six blockchain networks: Ethereum, Solana, Base, Tempo, Arc and Polygon, with additional networks planned later this year.
The launch comes as stablecoins take on a bigger role in global payments and settlement, driving demand for regulated banking infrastructure that can connect blockchain-based money to traditional fiat currencies.
For Banking Circle, the collaboration reflects a broader strategy to support the development of regulated digital asset infrastructure, providing the banking connectivity that links fiat and stablecoin ecosystems together.
Kirit Bhatia, Chief Digital Assets Officer at Banking Circle, commented: “The convergence of stablecoins and regulated banking infrastructure represents one of the most significant shifts in how value moves across borders and currencies today. As institutional adoption accelerates, market participants are demanding the same trust, security and regulatory disciplines that define traditional finance. Delivering the reserve and transaction banking infrastructure behind USDAU — reflects our commitment to being that trusted banking layer for the next generation of finance.”
USDAU launches on 30 September 2026, with reserve and transaction banking provided by Banking Circle.
Banking Circle does not issue the stablecoin and is providing banking services relating to the reserve and transaction banking infrastructure underpinning USDAU.
