SYDNEY, 16 December 2025 – Australian Settlements Limited (ASL) and BC Payments will come together under a single brand in the Australian market, Banking Circle (Australia), effective today. Banking Circle (Australia) will operate as a fully licensed and regulated bank (Authorised Deposit-Taking Institution) in Australia.
The consolidation follows Banking Circle S.A.’s acquisition of ASL in August 2025, bringing together ASL’s local expertise in domestic clearing with Banking Circle’s next-generation banking platform and leading technology.
