To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a Student Management Assistant to support the Management Team in Products & Solutions, based in Copenhagen and London. We are looking for someone who thrives in an ever changing and very dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • ​Keep track of budget use, especially for recruitments
  • ​Keep track of monthly and annual wheel of tasks
  • ​Keep track of our action points from our various decision forums
  • ​Booking of travel for the management team
  • ​Expense handling for the management team
  • ​Management of our intro program internally
  • ​Manage the admin tasks around agenda and meeting bookings
  • ​Assistance with PowerPoint presentations

Skills & Qualifications

To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to be studying for your bachelor’s or master’s degree. Experience from a similar administrative/support role would be a huge benefit.

You have an eye for details, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where the managers you support rely heavily on you and your work. You are able to handle multiple requests and structure your work independently. Experience working in Outlook and PowerPoint would be an advantage.

As a person you are curious and ready to take on new challenges, you are confident in an international environment, and you can structure yourself in a very dynamic and flexible environment.

As Banking Circle is an international company it’s a requirement that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. If you master other relevant languages it will be an asset.

The position will be based at Banking Circle’s office in Copenhagen.

We expect you to be able to work 15-20 hours a week, with flexibility when needed for school and exams.
