Student Assistant for Insights – Copenhagen

To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a curious & ambitious student to assist our insights work, which enables prioritization and solution design across the business. In this role, you will be reporting to the Interim Head of Insights, and be a part of our Insights function, which supports our Products team. You will work closely with the Core Product, Business Analysis & Marketing teams.
- Supporting the team in developing qualitative and quantitative insights projects
- Producing in-depth knowledge on market segments, trends, competitors, and customer experience through primary and secondary research
- Conducting desk research and qualitative data analysis
- Documenting research outcomes and taking care of data governance
- Assisting in client interviews, user research and studies supporting product development
Skills & Qualifications
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have excellent skills and first-hand experience in conducting in-depth qualitative research; for example, through student projects, fieldwork, or other insights related roles. You must also be currently enrolled within an ongoing education. Potential educations that could be relevant to this role include sociology, social sciences, anthropology, or digital design – however, are not limited to such.
You have a good understanding of diverse research methods (such as ethnography, interviews, desk research and surveys).
As a person, you think critically & have an analytical approach to solving problems. You are a quick & independent learner, with an interest in a wide range of concepts – from social studies, technology, and of course, finance/fintech.
As Banking Circle is an international company, it is a requirement that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. If you master other relevant languages it will be an asset.
The position will be based at Banking Circle’s office in Copenhagen.
