To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a skilled UX Designer. You will join the Business Solutions team. The team already has a UX designer who you can spare with on UX methodology, tools and tasks. You will join the Banking Circle UX community for feedback, alignment and professional growth.
Your first tasks will be to work on our new Onboarding Portal which is built to improve the customer experience of onboarding the Banking Circle. You will do research to understand customer needs as well as the internal workflows. You will co-create together with the business to define new journeys and help design the digital solution to support them. A second task for you will improve the usability of our CRM that is the backbone of workflows across Banking Circle to make it more intuitive and easier to use.
- Map customer and internal journeys
- Identify needs and pains of customers and employees of Banking Circle
- Work with business units to drive the change towards the desired experience
- Prepare and facilitate design thinking workshops
- Research relevant users and customers, and convert into actionable takeaways
- Use wireframes and prototypes to ensure early validation of UI designs
- Build UI designs, and ensure that they are technically feasible
- Keep informed of industry best practice
Skills & Qualifications
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a relevant education together with a demonstrated capability from an applicable role where you been working with UX, including customer journey mapping as well as creating simple UX for complex workflows.
You are able to work independently and able to create a holistic understanding of end-to-end flows, while working on the detail level. You possess a strong drive to promote service design thinking and have experience working in an agile setup (for example, scrum). Also, you are pragmatic and open to finding solutions that work for everyone
As a person, you are a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for learning and growing. You are an analytical thinker with an ability to break down and structure complex problems and have excellent communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to explain your design decisions.
As Banking Circle is an international company it’s a requirement that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. The position will be based at Banking Circle’s Office in Copenhagen.
