Senior Relationship Manager – Munich

To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a skilled and highly ambitious Senior Relationship Manager with solid experience from the financial industry and the ability to build strong business relationships in the DACH region.
In this role you will drive commercial growth and revenue generation by managing existing client portfolios as well as targeting new clients. You will have great influence on the product development strategy when supporting your clients’ needs and strategic goals through collaboration with relevant stakeholders You will be reporting to the Head of Sales DACH and work alongside dynamic, passionate, and driven colleagues.
- Manage an allocated portfolio of existing clients
- Identify and qualify leads and opportunities
- Run exceptional sales presentations
- Provide excellent customer service during the sales cycle
- Ensure high quality communication to clients
- Develop thorough company and product knowledge
- Serve as a brand ambassador for BC
- Identify how our solutions can meet client needs
Skills & Qualifications
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have at least five years’ experience from the banking or PSP/acquiring industry, including a proven track record of successful sales/account management, execution and delivering against revenue targets. You thrive in an international and fast-paced environment, and you engage with high value customers in the most professional manner. You are always aware of your client’ needs and your understanding of their business enables you to form strategies that adds value. You should be a strong problem solver with good intellectual, analytical rigor and excellent presentation skills. A relevant degree (BSc or equivalent) is expected.
As a person you are passionate, detail-oriented and a self-starter. You are commercially driven with a goal-oriented attitude and excellent negotiations skills. Finally, you have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of stakeholders.
As Banking Circle is an international company it´s a requirement, that you are fluent in English and German, both verbally and in writing. If you master other relevant languages it will be an asset. The position will be based at our office in Munich.
