To support both that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire Senior Relationship Manager – an inspirational Salesperson, who shares our passion for the banking and payments industry and wants to be a part of a fast paced, innovative and dynamic scale-up organization. We emphasize a tailored service to banks, focused on operational excellence, and the highest straight-through-processing rates in the industry. We provide great client service and are a leader in driving fair outcomes for the end-customer. We are looking for a great team member to join us and is eager to spread the word about the outstanding customer outcomes that are now possible, using Banking Circle’s platform, and to bring converts to our cause as well as collaborate with other departments as KYC, legal, implementation, client service. With this role we are looking to deepen our presence in Europe even further. Therefore, language skills such as French, Southern European languages, and Eastern European languages, are all desirable. If you are already professionally well established in one of these locations it would be highly valued and seen as a great asset.

Skills & Qualifications

To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have 8+ years of experience from the financial services or banking industry, where you have created excellent results in a similar position. You have relevant experience and are preferably already familiar with the principles of bank credit analysis and KYC procedures on banks in a correspondent banking context. We also expect you to be a knowledge sharing team-player that communicates well at all levels of an organization and have the ability to navigate in a fast paced environment, while creating positive working relationships with others. As a person you have a strong can-do attitude and are persistent and solution oriented in your approach to the challenges. As Banking Circle is an international company it is a requirement that you are completely fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. The position can be based at any of Banking Circle’s European offices London, Luxembourg, Munich or Copenhagen. We expect that you are already eligible to work in the EEA or the UK. Remote work arrangements for may be considered.
