To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a highly skilled and detail oriented Senior Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst, who can reinforce our Tax & Regulatory team. You will be reporting to our Head of Regulatory Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
As Senior Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst you will be responsible for:
- Perform business analysis on regulatory reporting projects, based on a deep knowledge of the various regulations applicable in Luxembourg, and if possible, in the UK, Denmark and/or Germany.
- Ensure all regulatory requirements are analysed and adhered to during development of new products or changes to existing products.
- Ensure Project and Change Management initiatives are aligned to regulatory requirements.
- Take an active role in expansion projects to ensure the analysis and implementation of new regulatory requirements and ensure project follow-up.
- Production of regulatory reports as required.
Skills & Qualifications
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent and at least 8 years of experience in a similar position within the financial/banking sector. You have a strong understanding of banking regulatory reporting analysis. Furthermore, experience with Project Management and Process Optimisation is a strong advantage.
Preferably, you have experience with the following reporting obligations:
- FinRep, CoRep
- AnaCredit
- Reporting to BCL (statistical reporting, CDDP6…)
- Reporting to CSSF
- FATCA/CRS
As a person, you are proactive, responsible, accountable, and quality-oriented. You should have strong analytical skills and be able to analyse and dissect complex problems whilst being structured in your approach. You are also a good problem-solver, possess good communication skills and have a keen interest in learning from colleagues. Furthermore, we expect you to be a strong and open team player, who is driven by challenges with a desire to continuously learn and grow.
As Banking Circle is an international company it’s a requirement that you are fluent in English both verbally and in writing. If you master other relevant languages such as French and/or German, it will be an asset.
The position will be based at Banking Circle’s Headquarters in Luxembourg.
