To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire an enthusiastic Sales Associate to assist our APAC team in the Sales department with administrative tasks, as well as managing internal stakeholders and collating input and data across various internal teams. Further, you will research potential new leads and support on handling incoming enquiries.

You will be reporting to Cindy Liu, who is Team Lead of Account Management – APAC, and work alongside dynamic, passionate, and driven colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • ​Support Senior Sales and Relationship Managers with client calls and follow-ups
  • ​Manage client’s day to day enquires
  • ​Deliver analytics to support pipeline reviews and key client planning
  • ​Identify and replicate best practice to expand wallet share of existing clients
  • ​Increase commercialisation of CRM and internal dashboards
  • ​Develop business intelligence to identify market trends
  • ​Research lead from events

Skills & Qualifications

To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have relevant educational background in either law, finance, or economics (BSc as a minimum). You should have outstanding verbal and written communication skills and have an excellent knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

As a person, you are proactive and motivated, with an analytical and critical mindset. You are results-driven, have a strong sense of accountability and a desire to learn and evolve. Ideally, it excites you to be a part of a fast-paced working environment and you should possess the ability to operate with urgency and prioritize work accordingly.

As Banking Circle is an international company it’s a requirement that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Furthermore, we expect you to be fluent in Mandarin/Chinese as well. If you master other relevant languages it will be an asset.

The position will be based at Banking Circle’s office in London.
