To support this and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager, who can help build out our fast-growing Revenue Operations team. You will be reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • ​Support the Sales organization in defining, executing, and tracking all commercial efforts to further accelerate growth.
  • ​Support in streamlining the Commercial teams and preparing them to scale effectively across geographies, product solutions and business segments.
  • ​Drive sales operations projects and process improvements including performance management, reporting, data, and analytics.
  • ​Coordinate and enable the day-to-day activities of the Commercial teams across the globe.
  • ​Be part of a cross-functional team with a key role in optimizing our revenues and be strategically responsible for our global growth efforts.
  • ​Set up collaborative settings and preparation of analysis reports for senior management and stakeholders for decision-making purposes.

Skills & Qualifications

To be the right candidate for this position we expect you to have a minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a similar position at a b2b company, ideally in the financial sector. Experience in managing a CRM system is a hard requirement, Microsoft CRM is a definite plus.

You are highly motivated towards making an impact and equipped to help us perfect our strategy for our future global growth. You have an analytical mindset to identify and resolve bottlenecks through sales process optimisation. Also, you possess a strong commercial/strategic competence and desire to work with various stakeholders across business functions.

As a person we expect you to have a confident self-starter and entrepreneur mindset where you can work both independently and with a team, be self-motivated and inspire the same in your team, you are highly adaptable and flexible with an ability to change direction when needed. You have a decisive character, you are a strategic planner, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, you have excellent problem-solving skills, and strong business acumen. Furthermore, you have the mindset, communication skills and cross-cultural understanding to challenge, set direction and build positive relations.

As Banking Circle is an international company it´s a requirement, that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. If you master other relevant languages, it will be an asset. The position will be based at Banking Circle’s office in Amsterdam.
