To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a dedicated and highly skilled Sales Manager to join our growing Sales department and contribute to our increasing sales efforts. You will be reporting to the Head of Sales for UK & Europe and work alongside dynamic, passionate, and driven colleagues.
- Support Head of Sales in identifying and qualifying lead and opportunities
- Build own client base and grow long-lasting relations
- Pitch our products and solutions to clients through sales presentations
- Ensure high quality communication with clients
- Help building marketing channels to raise awareness of Banking Circle in the UK market
- Develop thorough company and product knowledge and identify how our solutions can meet client needs
- Develop sales plan, analyze data etc. in cooperation with the Sales team
- Attend industry events and networking conferences.
Skills & Qualifications
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a sales background and ideally at least 3 years of experience within industries like payments, banking or a key financial services company. A relevant educational background (BSc as a minimum) is also required. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and advanced negotiation skills.
As a person, you are proactive and motivated, with a strong commercial understanding and desire to build relations and contribute to our sales efforts and strategy. You are results-driven with a winning mentality, have a strong sense of accountability and a desire to learn and evolve. It excites you to be a part of a fast-paced working environment and you should possess the ability to operate with urgency and prioritize work accordingly.
A strong network within Scandinavia, Southern Europe (incl. France, Spain and Italy) and Eastern Europe is highly desirable.
As Banking Circle is an international company it’s a requirement that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Ideally, the position is based at our London office but can also be based locally if you are the right profile. Travelling to London is required though.
