Relationship Manager (Mandarin Speaking) – London

To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a skilled and highly ambitious Relationship Manager, who shares our passion for the banking and payments industry and wants to be a part of a fast paced, innovative and dynamic scale-up organization. With this role, we wish to build even stronger business relationships with our portfolio of Asian clients, therefore, Mandarin language skills are required.

You will be responsible for managing and growing the commercial relationship with an existing portfolio of Asian clients. You will have great influence on developing commercial strategies and you will be identifying and translating client-based needs into compelling solutions that creates great value to the client. You will be reporting to the Head of Sales UK and work alongside dynamic, passionate, and driven colleagues.

Skills and qualifications

To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have at least a couple of years of experience from the banking or PSP/acquiring industry, including a proven track record of successful sales/account and relationship management, execution and delivering against revenue targets.

We also expect you to be a knowledge sharing team-player that communicates well at all levels of an organization and can navigate in a fast-paced environment, while creating positive working relationships with others. As a person you have a strong can-do attitude and are persistent and solution oriented in your approach to the challenges. As Banking Circle is an international company it is a requirement that you are completely fluent in English, both verbally and in writing besides mandarin which is a prerequisite as you will be managing our portfolio of Asian clients.

The position is based in our office in London, and we expect that you are already eligible to work in the EEA or the UK.
