To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a highly skilled Relationship Manager, who is able to support our Account Management – APAC team. You will be reporting to the Team Lead of Account Management APAC and be a part of our growing Account Management function.

In this role, you will Support our Team Lead to determine and deliver clients’ accounts and future relationships, business opportunities, solutions that meet clients’ needs, business opportunities and much more. You will work closely with our Team Lead, Client Solutions, Product, KYC and Onboarding Compliance, Clients Services and other key stakeholders on a daily basis.

  • Cultivating relationships with clients
  • Building and executing on sales pipeline
  • Develop thorough company and product knowledge
  • Ensure high quality communication to clients
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Banking Circle
  • Identify how our solutions can meet client needs
  • Identifying leads and opportunities
  • Manage an allocated portfolio of existing clients
  • Stakeholder management​

Skills & Qualifications

To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have at least a couple of years of experience in the banking or PSP/acquiring industry, including a proven track record of successful sales/account and relationship management, execution and delivering against revenue targets.

We also expect you to be a knowledge sharing team-player that communicates well at all levels of an organization and can navigate in a fast-paced environment, while creating positive working relationships with others.

As a person, you have a strong can-do attitude and are persistent and solution oriented in your approach to the challenges.

As Banking Circle is an international company it is a requirement that you are completely fluent in English, both verbally and in writing besides mandarin Chinese which is a prerequisite as you will be managing our portfolio of Asian clients.

The position is based in our office in London, and we expect that you are already eligible to work in the UK.
