The position and why we need you
At Banking Circle we want to make an impact that pioneers the industry and creates instant value for our clients. But we also want to be a best-in-class employer where innovation and career development is going hand in hand.
To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a highly skilled Programme Support Specialist who knows how payments work from a background in payments, banking and/or FinTech. This role is essential to the product and sales ambitions of our fast-growing organisation. We rely on your proactive stakeholder management within the Product team and other parts of the organisation around the world, and also with some clients. This role will be critical to establish new processes and effective communication regarding client-facing roadmaps, requests for new projects, and go-to-market planning.
The Programme Support Specialist is a new role within the recently established Product Sales Support team, which sits within the Product department, and you will be reporting directly to the Head of Product Sales Support. As we are still growing, you can expect the role to grow and change over time.
- Create and maintain internal processes to receive, clarify and log new projects
- Overview internal activities and help colleagues stay up to date
- Consolidate internal activities to create client-facing roadmaps
- Support project leaders with Go-To-Market planning
- Support data gathering including business casing and benefits realisation
- Help our Insights team to identify market trends and product gaps
Skills & Qualifications
The right candidate for this position has at least 3 years of relevant experience in payments, banking or FinTech. A background in programme management is also a big asset and product or technical support experience is advantageous.
We expect that coordinating, managing, and actively progressing many projects in parallel is a strength of yours. And building and implementing processes from scratch, developing them over time and constantly adapting to change sounds exciting to you.
As a person you are known to be curious, organised and tremendously helpful. You can convey complex ideas in an easily understandable manner verbally, visually and in writing. You are quick to understand new ideas, good at structuring information logically and able to work independently.
The position will be based at Banking Circle’s office in London, where we offer flexible and appropriate work from home policies. You can also expect some travel to our office in Copenhagen from time to time, and potentially to some of our other offices in Europe as well.
