Product Specialist – London

The position and why we need you

To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a highly skilled Product Specialist to support sales productivity and deal flow by securing the “technical aspect” in complex solutions and provide the technical product and solutions knowhow in talks with potential customers. You will be reporting to the Head of Core Product and be a part of our growing Products & Solutions function, working to form a link between Sales and Products. You will be responsible for solutioning with our largest clients. Further, you will engage with solution design where conversion requires a new use of product and act as an implementation lead where implementation requires product adaption or development.
- Engage with Sales to provide support for clients (both existing and future)
- Provide product training and support for Sales
- Oversee quality of product collateral available
- Be the technical expert in what our product can do, both today and in the future
- Establish compelling value propositions in collaboration with Marketing
- Secure systematic feedback from clients for future developments
- Source clients for co-creation of new products
- Secure pride in products internally
Skills & Qualifications
To be the right candidate for this position you should have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in sectors such as finance or banking and have a relevant master’s degree within business and IT.
You would benefit greatly from having both experience and passion for Payments.
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey the complex in an easily understandable manner is highly prioritized. You must also be a quick learner, good at structuring information logically and finally, the ability to work independently and take responsibility is seen as an important asset. As a person we expect you to be curious and outspoken. A passion for technology and fintech is definitely a plus. Further, a flexibility in attitude and working hours is also necessary for this position due to a fast-paced working environment with a high rate of changes. As Banking Circle is an international company it´s a requirement, that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. If you master other relevant languages it will be an advantage but not a requirement. The position will be based at Banking Circles office in London but do expect travelling when the world opens up again (bi-weekly in Copenhagen, but also regular presence in mainland Europe expected).
