We have an ambitious plan to strengthen our commercial organisation by becoming much more data-driven, introducing a more structured approach to pipeline management, and improving the client journeys. As Product Owner on our new commercial CRM delivery stream, you will be responsible for CRM initiatives that support these ambitions. This includes areas such as marketing, sales, and client service. You will be responsible for managing roadmaps, priorities, and requirements needed for CRM to successfully deliver our commercial ambitions.
You will be part of a dedicated team with a Business Analyst, Product Specialist, developers, UX Designer and a Scrum Master, and you will report to our Head of Business Solutions.
- Contribute to getting the new commercial delivery stream successfully off the ground
- Manage roadmap and backlog for the commercial stream based on a deep understanding of objectives and needs in the commercial organisation
- Ensure clear priorities and direction for the commercial stream in the CRM team
- Ensure that the team always has an adequate number of prepared tasks to work on
- Be hands on doing business analysis, writing user stories and being part of the daily agile routines in the team
- Define clear goals and KPIs to ensure that it is clear what success looks like and how to measure it
- Collaborate with UX designer in CRM team to ensure that CRM improvements are supported by UX research, design, and test where relevant
Skills & Qualifications
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a relevant educational background within IT or Business, and 5+ years of working experience in an applicable role where you have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Product Owner in an agile development setup.
Experience with CRM in a commercial context is key to succeed in this role. If you have experience with Microsoft Dynamics, this will be seen as a definite plus. You can scope projects with MVP scope and subsequent releases, and you have a good technical understanding and ability to be part of technical discussions. Furthermore, you have a proven track record of requirements gathering, scoping and driving development work based on design thinking and user co-creation.
As a person, you are a great team player with a proactive mindset, and a structured approach to problem-solving and planning. You have excellent collaboration and communication skills, and you can be both strategic and hands-on.
As Banking Circle is an international company it’s a requirement that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. If you master other relevant languages, it will be an asset.
The position will be based at Banking Circle’s office in Copenhagen.
