To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a highly skilled Product Delivery Manager.

Your role as a Product Delivery Manager would be to help drive, and execute, the delivery of our ambitious roadmap end-to-end. You will drive the analysis and development of cross system product deliveries, which could be both strategic long/medium-term deliveries and more tactical here and now benefits for our clients. You will also be responsible for the delivery and to secure high customer satisfaction and scalability. You will report to the Head of Product Development and be part of a team consisting of 5 Product Delivery Managers, which supports and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders across multiple areas within Banking Circle, covering Sales, Product, Risk, Compliance, IT developers and our Core Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to discuss requirements and agree timelines
• Take ownership of the strategic vision for specific product areas and help define next-step analysis, roadmap and direction
• Early scoping of initiatives and business cases, before hitting the prioritization and development functions
• Prioritize and implement E2E of tactical product updates to meet client expectations
• Take ownership of product updates from early analysis to final approval, including go-to-market and post-release follow-up and adjustments

​​Skills & Qualifications

To be the right candidate we expect you to have a demonstrated capability from a similar role where you have gained 2+ years of experience in product development and project management. You have an educational background within relevant business, computer science, engineering, or another applicable field (BSc level as a minimum).

You are ambitious and not afraid to take ownership. You have the willingness to learn and develop in areas where you might not be an expert and will ask questions when you find yourself in the deep end of the pool, but at the same time challenge existing views.

As a person, you are proactive, responsible, quality oriented and self-driven. You have strong analytical skills, a structured way of working and the right attitude to try new things.

As Banking Circle is an international company it’s a requirement that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.

The position will be based at Banking Circle’s office in Copenhagen.​
