To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a great Office Assistant with drive and energy, who is eager to support our local team in Munich. Your primary task will be to ensure a high level of organizational effectiveness wherever needed.

You will be reporting to the General Manager in Munich, whom you will support with a various range of tasks related to the day-to-day operations ranging from making sure supplies and facilities are in perfect order and providing an extra set of hands to other administrative tasks and teams if needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • ​Help organize and maintain office common areas
  • ​Facility and vendor management
  • ​Performing general office clerk duties, errands, office organisation
  • ​Maintain office equipment, supplies, and inventory
  • ​Assist with event co-ordination
  • ​Welcome guests/clients
  • ​Help on recurring duties and assessments (e.g. new hires set up/safety assessments etc.)

Skills & Qualifications

To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have 1-3 years’ experience from a similar administrative role. We expect you to be bright and effective, and your can-do-attitude is more important than your educational background.

As a person, we expect you to be great to be around, and that you have a strong service-minded nature as well as the ability to learn quickly and take responsibility for the tasks given to you.

As Banking Circle is an international company it’s a requirement, that you are fluent in English and German, both verbally and in writing. If you master other relevant languages, it will be an asset.

The position will be based at Banking Circle’s office in Munich.
