Office Assistant – Luxembourg

To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a great Office Assistant with drive and energy, who is eager to support our busy Office Manager in Luxembourg with her effort to create and maintain a pleasant and effective work environment and ensure a high level of organizational effectiveness wherever needed. You will be a part of our CEO office, whom you will support with a various range of tasks related to the day-to-day operations ranging from making sure supplies and facilities are in perfect order, to keeping our health and safety guidelines updated, and providing an extra set of hands to other administrative teams if needed.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands
- Updating paperwork and maintaining documents
- Help organize and maintain office common areas
- Maintain office equipment, supplies, and inventory
- Assist with implementing Health and Safety requirements
- Assist with event co-ordination as necessary
Skills & Qualifications
To be the right candidate for this role, we imagine that you have 1-3 years of experience from a similar administrative role and is used to being a part of a fast-paced organization. We expect you to be bright and effective, and your can-do-attitude is more important than your educational background. As a person, you should be great to be around and have a strong service-minded nature as well as the ability to learn quickly and take responsibility for the tasks given to you. As Banking Circle is an international company it’s a requirement that you are fluent in English both verbally and in writing. For this role we furthermore expect you to be fluent in French. The position will be based at Banking Circles Headquarters in Luxembourg.
