Head of Network Management – London

To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a highly skilled Head of Network Management, who can reinforce and lead our dedicated team that currently consists of two specialists. You will be reporting to the COO and be a part of an important and influential function, supporting overall management on and sales teams on strategic ambitions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and maintaining relationships to partner banks
    • New business initiatives
    • Contract matters
    • Escalation point
  • Owner of network strategy
  • Expanding network through outreaching activities
  • Take leadership on internal procedures in relation to the function
  • Technical knowledge on Payments, technology stack (API and alike) and in general a broad financial knowledge.
  • Team management

Skills and qualifications

​To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have at least a couple of years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record. You have excellent network management skills and negotiation skills, and you are comfortable as a presenter. Your solid analytical skills enable you to easily comprehend complex issues and you clearly articulate goals and expectations, relating them to the business mission and direction. A good basic understanding of international payments is an advantage.​

As a person you are outgoing, energetic, confident, trustworthy, and execution oriented.

As Banking Circle is an international company it´s a requirement, that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. If you master other relevant languages it will be an asset.

The position will be based at Banking Circle’s office in London.
