To support this and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a motivated Engineering monitoring Analyst. You will be reporting to our Team Leader Engineering Control Center.
As part of our newly established Engineering Control Center (ECC) team, you will be responsible for monitoring all incoming alerts using our core monitoring application Dynatrace, performing 1st level support and escalating incidents.
You will ensure 24/7 proactive monitoring of core infrastructure, systems, applications, and services based in Copenhagen. You manage escalation and follow up of alerts and incidents until they are in resolved state.
- In case of a major incident, you will take control of the process and help bring the operation back on track.
- Assist in the assessment of how the business and customer are affected by an incident
- Participate in the ongoing process of investigating, troubleshooting, and providing resolution to technical issues in a 24x7x365 environment
- Perform daily health checks
- Preparation and maintaining of documentation and reports
Skills & Qualifications
To be the right candidate for this position, you have at least 1-year experience in a similar role or in an IT Operation environment. We expect you to be curious and highly motivated to learn and develop your knowledge.
- Basic IT skills and knowledge
- ITIL certification is a plus
Exceptional team player with a positive and open mindset, you enjoy interacting with your colleagues and stakeholders. You have a strong customer mindset that enables you to be both flexible, and to work up against tight deadlines.
Possession of strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to identify ways to improve efficiency.
As Banking Circle is an international company it’s a requirement, that you are fluent in English both verbally and in writing. If you master other relevant languages, it will be an asset.
