Legal Counsel

We are looking for a legal counsel assisting the legal team in many areas of law supporting the whole business.

You will have the opportunity to learn about a wide range of legal issues in the payment service and banking industry in a fast growing and successful FinTech company.


We are looking for a legal counsel assisting the legal team in many areas of law supporting the whole business.

The role will comprise:

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, general business terms and other documents
  • Monitoring regulatory developments and conducting legal research and drafting memorandums
  • Involvement in product development
  • Involvement in developing and drafting internal procedures
  • Providing advice and legal support to the Sales and Client Services functions of the company to identify the legal risks and opportunities and proposing solutions for handling legal and regulatory risks


  • You should hold a university degree in law (equivalent to Master or LLM) with good qualifications
  • You should have 2-3 years of relevant experience in-house or in a law firm
  • You should be proactive and have sound organisational and communication skills
  • You should be a strong team player with the ability to work independently
  • You should have a very good level of English (both written and verbally) – as English is the main business language. Chinese, French or German skills would also be valuable

This role is ideally located in our corporate headquarters in Luxembourg. For the right candidate, the role can also be based out of our London or Copenhagen office.
