To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer that is willing to provide the best and fastest service internally to achieve the highest user satisfaction possible. This role supports offices throughout Europe.
The successful candidate will provide onsite support where he will be based but will also provide remote assistance in all other locations, this position will be the second level of support.

- Take ownership of user’s issue & provide remote/onsite IT Support
- Investigate, diagnose, solve issues, and update tickets accordingly
- Keep all documentation, processes, and work instructions up to date
- Install and configure all kinds of hardware/software this includes the support of office moves.
- Management of user accesses well as on/off-boarding employees
- Manage software and licenses as well as stocks of equipment
- Participation in projects through assigned tasks
- Assisting in the completion of scheduled maintenance and upgrade activities
Skills & Qualifications
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Your problem-solving skills are second to none and you enjoy helping your colleagues, whatever their problem might be. You communicate well with people at all levels, and you are also a true team player who is curious and eager to learn new things every day.

It is a plus if you’re also familiar with:
- Cisco Meraki
- PRTG network monitor
As Banking Circle is an international company it’s a requirement that you are fluent in English. French or Danish would be a plus. If you master other relevant languages, it will be an asset.
The position will be based at Banking Circle’s offices in London, Luxembourg or Copenhagen.
