To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a highly skilled Integration Specialist who knows how to manage and deliver an excellent integration experience for new clients, often given a tight schedule. You will be the first service touchpoint for new clients, thereby hugely impacting their “first impression” experience with Banking Circle. To succeed, you will have to collaborate with most business areas within Banking Circle, covering Sales, Product & IT developers as well as our Core-operations.

​Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with clients to discuss requirements and agree timetable
  • Planning, structuring and delivery of various new client onboarding/ integration tasks
  • Supporting client with technical queries relating to plan, setup, and solutions
  • Host regular project meetings to keep stakeholders informed
  • Working with stakeholders and relevant business areas to deliver on client requests
  • Working with relevant external service providers (if required)
  • Ensure agreed work is processed to meet contractual requirements
  • Ensure relevant internal stakeholders understand client’s specifications
  • Accountable for that all task documentation conforms to regulatory and compliance requirements prior to client sign off
  • Structuring and prioritising internal capacity
  • Manage MIS reporting and KPIs for all implementations

Moreover, you will need to develop and maintain a holistic understanding of Banking Circle, its products offering and downstream processes.

​Skills & Qualifications

To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a relevant educational background and a demonstrated capability from a similar role, such as client integration specialist, implementation manager, or technical sales support, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
We are looking for an experienced person, preferably with knowledge of the payment industry and the following skillset:

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong attention to details, the ability to identify problems and risks – and to resolve these effectively
  • A talent for planning, structuring, and organizing
  • A solid Commercial awareness and the ability to apply this in your daily work.
  • Strong technical capabilities
  • An understanding of REST API and experience in using SQL is considered a strong plus for this role
  • The ability to work well under pressure while delivering great client service
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Top team player at heart.

As Banking Circle is an international company it is a requirement that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. If you master other relevant languages, it will be an asset.
