Incident Management Lead – Luxembourg or Copenhagen

To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a skilled Incident Management Lead who will initially be tasked with defining and building a new Incident Management Process. After a successful implementation you will be responsible for the daily management of the incidents along with continuous improvement of the process as well as related processes. You will be part of the Business Resilience Team reporting to the Head of Business Resilience.

Skills & Qualifications
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have demonstrated experience with building incident management and implementation of new processes, ideally within finance, insurance, or another regulated sector. You preferably also have a relevant educational background on BSs level (or equivalent) as a minimum. As a person you lead the way for others by stepping in front and showing how it is done. The role also calls for experience in both project and change management. Finally, communication and stakeholder management skills are considered key. As Banking Circle is an international company it´s a requirement, that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Mastery of other relevant languages will be an asset. The position will either be based at Banking Circles headquarters in Luxembourg or our office in Copenhagen.
