Implementation Manager – London or Luxembourg

To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a highly skilled Implementation Manager, who knows how to manage and deliver the on-boarding of new client implementations in tight timescales and be the first service touch-point the new clients experience with Banking Circle. You will be collaborating with external entities and all business areas in Banking Circle throughout the implementation process. You will be a part of our growing Client Integration function, which is supported from Products and IT Development Teams.
- Planning and delivery of various new client onboarding tasks
- Ensure agreed work is processed to meet contractual requirements
- Project meetings to keep stakeholders updated
- Supporting client with technical queries relating to plan set up
- Provide detailed handover to Client Services/Support Team
- Reporting of MIS and KPIs for all implementations
- Maintain strong knowledge of our solutions and follow internal procedures
Skills & Qualifications
To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a relevant educational background and a demonstrated capability from an applicable role where you have gained 2-5 years of experience within client implementation role or similar. You have excellent Microsoft Office skills and a strong attention to details and are able to identify risk and resolve these effectively. You have a talent for planning, organizing and have in commercial awareness and the ability to apply this in your daily work. An understanding of REST API and experience in using SQL is considered a strong plus for this role. As a person you are an excellent communicator both oral and written and possess the ability to work well under pressure while delivering good service. You have Strong relationship building skills and you are a team player at heart. As Banking Circle is an international company it’s a requirement, that you are fluent in English both verbally and in writing. If you master other relevant languages it will be an asset.
The position will be based at Banking Circles Office in either London or Luxembourg.
