To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a talented Finance Officer, who can reinforce our Finance team. You will be reporting to our Head of Accounting and be a part of our growing Finance function.
Key Responsibilities
Detail-oriented and well-organised, you will oversee:
- Staff management expenses
- Daily controls of the accounting system
- Control of invoices of different entities
- Process invoices
- Prepare invoices payment
- Preparation of the accrual payables
- Creation of expenses accounts for our users
Skills & Qualifications
To be the right person, we expect you to have a relevant bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent and a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position within the banking/financial services industry.
- Knowledge of VAT and best practices within the banking/financial industry, Lux GAAP is an advantage.
- You should be a team player who is professional, analytical, solution-oriented, positive, and energetic.
As a person, you are an adaptive learner, and you have good analytical skills. You can work independently.
Thanks to your strong communication skills, you are able to work in a team with a constructive and solutions-oriented attitude. A high degree of organisation, individual initiative, and personal accountability are also highly valued qualifications for this role.
As Banking Circle is an international company it’s a requirement that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. If you master the French language, it will be a strong asset.
The position will be based at Banking Circle’s Office in Luxembourg.
