To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a skilled CRM Engineer to join our CRM Engineering team, who supports Sales, KYC, Onboarding and Client Services. As our business evolves the focus for the CRM team changes, and we often work for a few months at a time on a project, like for instance the new onboarding portal. You will be reporting to the Engineering Team Lead in charge of CRM and Technical Test teams. As that position is currently vacant you will initially report to our Head of CRM, Core Banking and Data Systems Engineering.
As our CRM Engineer, you will participate in the ongoing configuration and refinement of the CRM system. You will develop plugins, integrations, apps, and similar for our CRM system. You will also participate in frontend development to adjust and override UI in CRM as needed to give our business users the best process and user experience.
- Configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM to serve Banking Circle’s needs
- Development of plugins, integrations, apps, and similar for CRM in C# .NET
- Enhance Banking Circles setup for build and deploy
- Development in Azure to integrate data from CRM on Azure Service Bus to the rest of the company
- Enhance scripts for setting up sandboxes and managing environments (IAC with Terraform)
- Participate in proof of concepts
Skills & Qualifications
As a person, you are proactive, responsible, and quality oriented. You have strong analytical skills and a structured way of working. Furthermore, we expect you to be a dependable and knowledge-sharing team player that cooperates well at all levels of the organisation.
As Banking Circle is an international company it’s a requirement that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. If you master other relevant languages, it will be an asset.
The position will be based at Banking Circle’s office in Copenhagen, where the whole CRM team and our other Engineering teams are located.
