To support that and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a highly skilled Client Service Officer, who wants to be a part of a dynamic and dedicated team that focuses on building strong and lasting business relationships with our clients. As Client Service Officer at Banking Circle you will act as a key interface for new and existing clients for all “business as usual activities” in line with the clients Banking Circle solution. You will be the first point of contact and responsible for coordinating queries to the relevant specialist areas. At Banking Circle, we are always focused on delivering great client experiences, the ideal candidate must be able to maintain and manage strict deadlines in line with the service level agreements and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain client focused work ethics in line with our values
  • Build a positive and productive relationship with Clients
  • Approach clients to provide pre and after sales support
  • Escalate complex client issues and solutions to management
  • Develop process improvements to enhance service
  • Manage client queries to strict deadlines
  • Assisting with client communication
  • Adhere to Banking Circle policies and procedures
  • Analyze and resolve issues promptly

Skills & Qualifications

To be the right candidate for this position you should a have a minimum of 2 years of experience within financial services or the banking Industry. You have an educational background (BSc level as a minimum). Furthermore, we expect you to have the ability to identify risk and resolve them effectively while remaining focused on delivering excellent client service. You must be positive-thinking and a knowledge-sharing team-player, who cooperates and communicates well at all levels of the organization. You are self-motivated, can work in a fast-paced evolving environment, and have a solution-oriented mindset. As Banking Circle is an international company It is a requirement that you are fluent in English, both verbally and written. Having knowledge of Banking Circle’s products would be an asset. The position will be based at our office in London.
