To support that, and our exciting growth journey, we are looking to hire a highly skilled Business Resilience Analyst, who is able to reinforce our team through driving and continuously refining Business & Operational Resilience and help guide the business in making critical decisions with regard to risk and business activities.

You will be reporting to the team lead of Business Resilience and be a part of our growing Business Resilience function, which collaborates with teams across Banking Circle, but especially the operational departments. Your focus will be on establishing and developing Problem Management (similar to the ITIL role description) while, at the same time, supporting the team in Incident Management and Business Continuity.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Drive Problem Management process
  • Drive Business & Operation Resilience process
  • Establish enterprise-wide Resilience
  • Prepare, update and test impact analyses
  • Assess impact of crisis scenarios
  • Develop business continuity plans
  • Facilitate superior monitoring and reactions
  • Collaboration on incident response

Skills & Qualifications

To be the right candidate for this position you should have 5+ years of experience with problem and/or incident management in the technology sector. Understanding finance or banking is an additional advantage.

As a person we expect you to be an open and friendly team-player with an analytic and detail-oriented work approach and strong communication skills. You must be able to cope with complex structures, both theoretical and practical, and seek to obtain high quality results in all tasks. Flexibility in attitude and working hours is necessary due to a fast-paced working environment with a high rate of change. You must therefore also be able to juggle several tasks simultaneously and excel in meeting deadlines under pressure.

As Banking Circle is an international company it’s a requirement that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. If you master other relevant languages it will be an asset. The position will be based at Banking Circle’s office in Copenhagen.
