In order to deliver best-in-class service to our clients, we are looking to hire a skilled 2nd line supporter. The role will be the link between our Client Services, Incident Management, Payment Operation and Engineering teams, making sure that client issues are investigated and solved in a fast and efficient manner. Initially, you will be involved with defining and implementing our 2nd line support setup while also being responsible for the daily handling of support cases along with continuous improvements of the processes. You will be part of the Payment Solutions Team in the COO area reporting to the Head of Payment Solutions. There will be a number of clearly defined tasks, but this is also a role with great potential for development.

Key responsibilities:

  • Defining and implementing 2nd line support function
  • Responsible for daily handling and prioritization of support cases
  • Investigate and solve client issues in close corporation with Client Services, Payment Operation and Engineering
  • Be a gatekeeper towards our Product teams
  • Carry out continuous process improvements
  • Take ownership for 1st line support tools
  • In cooperation with Business Resilience and Client Service keep track on open incidents, impact and resolution

Skills and qualifications

We expect you to have a couple of years of experience from a position involving technical 1st or 2nd line support, ideally within banking, payments or finance, but another technical background from other industries could also be relevant. It is important that you have some knowledge of SQL and solid communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with process improvements and development of support tools is considered an advantage.

As a person you are service minded, patient, driven and a team-player, who are willing to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional service. You preferably have a relevant educational background on BSc level (or equivalent) as a minimum. As Banking Circle is an international company it´s a requirement, that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Mastery of other relevant languages will be an asset. The position will be based in Copenhagen.
