We have an ambitious plan to strengthen our commercial setup by becoming much more data-driven, introducing a more structured approach to pipeline management, and improving client journeys. As Business Analyst in our commercial CRM stream, you will be working with business needs and requirements needed for CRM to successfully deliver our commercial ambitions. This includes areas such as marketing, sales, and client service. You will engage with stakeholders and users within the commercial organisation as well as clients to understand their workflows, needs and pains.

You will be part of the dedicated commercial delivery stream together with a Product Owner, Product Specialist, developers, UX Designer and a Scrum Master, and you will report to our Head of Business Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • ​Ensure that CRM deliveries and new features are properly scoped
  • ​Ensure requirements are documented so that developers can work effectively
  • ​Collaborate with the UX Designer to ensure CRM improvements are supported by UX research and design
  • ​Educate and follow up with CRM users to ensure the success of CRM
  • ​Become an expert in the CRM system (MS Dynamics 365)
  • ​Conduct workshops with the commercial organisation and CRM team

Skills & Qualifications

To be the right candidate for this position, we expect you to have a relevant educational background within IT or Business, and 5+ years of working experience in an applicable role where you have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an agile development setup.

You have experience supporting a commercial organisation with CRM, using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Furthermore, you can dissect and restructure complex business challenges, while keeping an eye for details and seeing the big picture at the same time.

As a person, you are approachable, self-driven, collaborative and have a can-do attitude. You are a great team player, who is interested in new challenges, technologies and business.

As Banking Circle is an international company it’s a requirement that you are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. If you master other relevant languages, it will be an asset.

The position will be based at Banking Circle’s office in Copenhagen.
